It's because of what Dom said in post 2. Some people don't want bothered about selling their items and they are targets if they own best in game items.

nah, alot of ppl want the best in game items just because it's the best, not everyone care about their name on the list
and it's not public because of the reason ppl dont want pm's about their items, so it's out of respect for them it's not public.
