I'd probably never use #1, but I think mathematically #1 can be better than #3 in terms of avg damage given low crit on other gear and already high int...

I'd use 2, I'm aways a sucker for exp gain, and I want to believe the magic luck works. That seems to be worth more than 7 Intel in my humble opinion.
