1.4 actually works because 7/5 with 14 tiers

i have seen plenty of items to confirm the 1.5 value thru all the lower and midlevels

i think we have enough information to say a perfect tier 14 is 21%

the most i can recall seeing spawned was 19

I doubt that, but maybe, 19 would be able with 1.4.

These are the verified QD numbers. 19 is max. The math value is 1.4 and everything in LS always rounds down doesn't matter if it's .1 or .9. Makes t14 19.6 which rounds down to 19. 5 of those items with 19 (all SC) in existence, 4 of them owned by one person. QD is also one of the rarest stats in the game to get on any item.

Didn't haven enough help on HC to verify item numbers or existence at the time.

When did unspawns stop spawning, need to make sure no1 posts 1 to screw up all theories too

quick draw is a mod that came long after items became unspawns.
Anyhow, there have been few occations where item gets "overspawns" tho.

For example 16ees lvl 55 axe. (which would never have been able even if its spawnable or not.)
