I get the issue you refer to if I fish or transmute first then switch skills to do a glyph. I use firefox browser and I either start with glyphing and/or suffusencing then do my muting last. After muting i have to completely log off ladder slasher and reload it fresh if I want to glyph anything. I've not experienced it right off though, as in glyphing as soon as I log onto ls. Not sure if this helped but shared my experiences anyways

The dot only occur when you spamclick at the end of your skill, so if you're fishing/cooking or muting this will happen if u spamclick to complete your skill.
To get rid of the dot easiest posible way is to start a new fish, make sure you took out ur rod, and just spam "reel" till u see that the dot is gone, than release the line and start glyphing or whatever you wanted to do.

easyest way for me to get rid of the bug is by refreshing the browser. (f5 or click into "http://ladderslasher.d2jsp.org/v1.30/" and enter )

after failing quite some glyphs i learned to do my glyphs first , then transmute
