Jubilance has half effects while skilling just like regen.

jubilance is applied by 25% when skilling. so if u have 20 jubilance on ur eq u will get 5 exp points per sec while skilling.

you'd also have to kill 70 monsters since jube won't lvl you.

V1.21.0 Update- You now regenerate at the full rate while doing skills (still applied upon skill completion)

What are these exp values? 906 and 1,043? or 9,060 and 10,430? or 90,600 and 104,300? or 906,000 and 1,043,000?

50 Fish level II (Herring) without jubilance = 9,06 exp rising
50 Fish level II (Herring) with 35 % jubilance =10,43 exp rising.

Consider if you weren't skilling, you would have gained 36 min * 60 sec/min * 35 jub = 75,600 exp. (+ Jubilance While in town, gives you +1 experience per second for each point in Jubilance you have. It does not work above level 70. from the portal)

I'll assume your numbers are 90,600 and 104,300, this is only a difference of 13,700. 13,700 is FAR from 75,600. Are we to believe that jubilance is reduced to a 1/5-1/6 rate while skilling? Seems fishy to me.
