it would be cool if a selfupdating chart would be on the main ls page. this chart should show which groups are running atm... just driver lvl and amount of players, no more specific info.

this way u could know if there are groups u may be able to join.
in game there should be a check box to hide ur group from this chart

Unsure why it was remove.

Yes you can make a party to see people, but that will only show people that are currently not in a party.

The old way was still effective, and still would be.

there are actually groups.. just not always 5/5.. finding these groups that are pretty rare ofc ^^ would be helped a lot with this idea
