While it would be a nice change, I hardly move anything from default anymore anyway. I just open the window when I need it, and SPACE to close em down when I am done. Only change I do is when I fish, I move the window towards the middle of the screen more.

The bold part is pretty much what I do as well. The only thing I resize is the Item-Drop window.
