its just allowed to bid for an item, if you got/own its fg to pay it... not to get it "soon"

It's not bidding (in almost every case I've seen people will use terms such as ''Can get 10k FG for it soon'' ).
This is frowned upon but not actually forbidden.

I honestly don't see your problem with that.

I remember when I let this game ruin my day... ohwait nope I don't. It's the buyers responsibility to know weather a bid can be taken on the word of the person bidding. So many threads lately nit picking every little detail inside and out of the game. Get on with your day.

I've had my fair share of trading and if things were up to the buyer's discretion things would not go smoothly in many cases.
The rules currently in place work just fine.

biding with fg you dont have and telling someone you can get xxxx amount of fg is way different, you are not offering, you are telling him you can get that fg, idk why such a thread is still open

Was really speaking about a seller. It's a small community, and since I have started the rules are so laxed in this game. My main point was basically the nit picking at every little thing. lol.

Rules are clear, you are not allowed to offer what you don't have.

If you bid on an item you MUST have the FG it doesn't matter if the FG is your own or you got a loan (except when you buy goods in DF)
If you search for an item you don't have to state how much FG you are willing to pay it and you can do an ISO without having the necessary FG to pay the item.

Bin's or DL's should not be accepted by traders if the user doesn't have the amount he is offering.
