Yeah, items like this help to sit upfront to tank, cast, and syphon with caster charm in the accessory. Throw on a 14MS glyph and I was over 60MS Total. I also had a rotation of different gear setups throughout the journey in my inventory.

44% ms with high int., tanking ability and a super bad ass charm(gear is Stok3d's ofc). He isn't lying when he said it can be done, but I don't think there are many people with gear like his. So unless Stok3d wants to join the MM and cast, I still think casting is a no no(for all the rest of us with sub standard gear).

also, I have used the above gear(not the lightning) and it very nicely works and doesn't sacrifice a thing(other than maybe using the wild in primary and attack charm in acc, but I think that' s good idea personally-less mana cost)

make sure you have a character that can detect t/ds as-well this is a simple mistake that could ruin your whole run

I forgot about my 50 Wild. That could actually be easier than gear swapping to heal... Good idea
