sadly our guild lost alot of respect and interest in attempting it again due to the last slap in the face

we were told from paul that mm worked and to avoid failing it anyhow we did it every second and every step like we did it before succesfull and failed nevertheless

we took screenshots and had all proof, hoping on getting the gps anyway....but that seemed not possible

therefor i doubt 1337 guild will step up again and try it

i personally have a family and its not really easy to just make 2 days free and 8-10 hours of slashing ...

Paul was pretty specific in his hints. Stay together, meaning don't have one person join the group after the group has started, nor have anyone leave or disconnect/die during the exploration. No town trips.

Not sure what else needs to be said, that basically says everything you need to do right there, other than having the prerequisite objectives out of the way.


Of the groups that failed, I was told one had a person join in AFTER the party had moved and explored more than 1 square, so naturally that would fail. One of the other tries someone disconnected, so again, a natural fail.

He also stated that he had tested it himself, and it was working. Either he lied, or it works.


If I end up successfully doing it, you can bet your rosy ass I will make you all a nice +1 topic to post in.

agree with you here, why keep something like this secret from the community? I mean just providing some confirmation will let others know and give an incentive to attempt MM.
...I mean if it does require not to go to town, it's not going to be an easy task (as people are now used to returning to town if they need to)

I'd like to see some feedback on people trying this too.

If Paul said "Stick together" than do just that. If someone is going to town, wait for them and don't move an inch. Seems everyone's screens must be cleared to trigger it is my take.

I am willing to bet you can not do that. Stay in the catacombs or fail, would be my advice.



e: Think of it this way. Once everyone is down in the catacombs and it is "engaged" if someone were to go to town, the group is now no longer "togheter"




Same goes for deaths/disconnects.




Have you made an attempt yet? Labby has enough slashers, should not be too hard to organize.

Come on guys -- I am looking for reports on attempts, not theories.

We need this in order to set this objective in the proper stall -- either in the hall of fame, or in the repair shop

Go and try and attempt it instead of just sitting here and crying for people to hand you everything on a platter.

No one has prob even done it properly and are just qqing cuz they fucked up and blame anyone but themelves.
