It is not as extreme as you say. I glyph jubi items a lot, then use the jubilance glyphs while continuing to glyph. Gaining small amounts of exp while skilling is nice, and I have noticed it working many times.

It is still a small amount, but that is to prevent people from abusing it.

it seems to me like jubilance is just a "filler" stat...

maybe it was meant to have a more useful purpose? I don't know.

not every stat on an item can be GG, maybe it just helps balance out stats that spawn on items so not every single stat on a certain item is great.

like we need, something else to make us less gg, thanks..

It's working, It just shows your experience 1% At a time, and with 4 jub. You won't notice a 1% gain in Experience in a matter of minutes.

hey now, I never said that I "like" jubilance as a mod.

My guess is maybe Paul had different plans for it to actually be useful? I'm not sure.

but yeah, it's a wasted/useless stat with how it's working currently in the game.
