I would love an option whereby you can turn off the quests -- IMO they serve no real purpose other than qualifying you for the Mirror Maze --
and as most of you know, even before the 1.20 update, Ambush, Sneaky and the Shamans were shunned as a total waste of time, especially at the higher levels.

I just died twice due to this....
Exact same thing and I was using EE armor...

Oh and yes... as Chip said... I died TKO. With my armor, thats messed up...

Noobs point of view:

I hated Ambush b4 and now that I have seen what it has done to LSers lately I would say it is too much. I realize some guilds are built for Ambush with gear and profs but not all of us are built that way, while I respect and admire that certain guild or guilds, I dont think it is right that Ambush 1 hit kills. It has already been said and proven in my short time playing new lsl that profs are hard to get and that dieing that way is BS imo. I may be small but i am 95.63 to lvl 14 sword prof which to some seems BS but to me is a huge climb considering where i came from and when i started. To my friends Rick and James...I am sorry for your loss in profs and may i buy your next COLD BEER! Please nerf Ambush!

normally solid, reliable slashers
are getting wiped like newbs

i had a barb with over 4.5k life just vanish off the face of the earth

i just got solo ambushed 3 eps woohped my ass and stole more prof.... I HATE YOU PAUL!!!

I am sorry for your loss. The only human thing to do for me in this game is to continue my transmuting as I enjoy it a lot. I was more of a solo guy but then when i spend 1 hour to make 2-3 levels I better just watch a movie or something.

this seems like it ruined HC.

If people have items valued at 5k+ fg per, hc seems like a waste now.

Once i got the hang of things with LS i was going to try hc but looks like thats out the window as of right now.

Chains and Plates suck. You get run over by casters. Have you considered trying to find a scale that matches that plate, ancient one? You might last a few more hits...

Please tell me you cannot get ambushed while alone?
