This suggestion was based only for melee,
but, after consideration, it could be useful to add for other things like offensive casting.
If that was the case, and there are too many so called mods, maybe have it more simplified to:
XX% Weapon Mastery (this is reflected in any type of weapon worn)
XX% Offensive Casting Mastery (this is reflected in any type of offensive charm worn)
Note: Healing charms also get EE while having Heal Mastery, is there a real difference for having other Mastery for Offensive Casting / Weapons?

You can not get 210 Weapon Mastery... only the same as Heal Mastery.
I do not think that it would effect the EE that is naturally on the weapon.
Heal Mastery helps 210ee heal charms, so there is no difference at all.
