It should show you the TRUE capacity of healing... and also the TRUE mana cost per cast (Cata/Arena).

This came about because of a lengthy discussion...
I put 102% EE regular Heal charm in Main Slot and then dragged it into the MSG window (Cata)
192-592 Healing capacity (this was also including my characters INT)
Then I put my 31 int charm on main... 102 EE Heal on Acc and again dragged to show heal
222-592 Healing capacity
As you can see... there was a change in the amount of minimum healing but not maximum.
I tested during the run on both slots... the AVERAGE was identical... indicating to me that
it did not really matter... but then remember this is catacombs.. not arena... so the Main charm
had 31 int / 351 mana... which mean I had more chances to cast...
Just to check out the Maths a little bit more... I did a calculation based on the amount in the Acc Slot:
If my calculating process is correct... the true heal capacity (not including Crit Healing) is:
166 - 444 ... (based on 222-592 and main having the 31 Int charm)
That is a big difference...

Divided # by 4... then Multiplied that by 3 = Total (now that is basic 25% reduction)

First... I am assuming that my formula is CORRECT to evaluate the 25% reduction when you have Heal in Acc Slot... so based on that
I think there is "Crit Healing"... considering that I was randomly doing 500 heals on occasions... where as I should be doing max 444.
Anyway back to your comments... there are PROS / CONS to this suggestion... and I am sure that they even themselves out.
We already know that HM is better in Main slot for catacombs compared to Intelligence... so what is the real harm?
