That is correct. You can buy, find, borrow ANY tier III gear for the duel.



It's not about challenge, its about allowing ones who do not wish to spend a crap load on gear to have a good time. And evens the playing fields more for everyone. Perhaps other ironmans will follow this one, depends on how you all treat it! Enjoy

That is the beauty of this Ironman, you do NOT have to be any good really.. or even normally play HC. It's only on HC for the deaths! Much more interesting.. also prevents some from using perfect gears, or anything worth alot, cause you will lose it if you die. MUCH MUCH more effective for fun!
