To be honest, i don't think this topic is enough, the l/s community should band together and harass him, people like this should be punished, no matter what lame disclaimers have been stated.
There will always be theives, but i think people like this should re-evaluate their life, and though this may sound extreme and a little drastic, i wouldn't shed a tear if i heard he committed suicide.
This is just despicable, to say the least, his moral compass is so fucked up, he should be hospitalized, and i just don't comprehend how people can be so self absorbed, and greedy on the fucking internet.
Just blows my mind.

I can understand your perspective, but that's not enough, we need to address this as a serious issue, and FORCE him to give the gear back, or face severe penalties.
