Anyone got an int staff or dagger for sale with a 50-100% ee side mod?

No, it's not worth more than a 0 ee one, I just want it for style ;)

Best example would be as a Guardian, I can not use ANY cast charms, so when dealing with Immune Physical attacks (excluding Sneaky) I just heal in-between the timer. Also, I ONLY use heavy weapons, so the delay isn't a hindrance.

Oh, btw, people say 4 sec delay, well it is only 3 in my case... I attack (heavy weapon with a 1.8 sec delay) = 0 damage, switch to Heal charm = 1 sec delay, and back to heavy weapon and deal damage.

Test this out for normal casting... Cast (Light etc), Heal Twice then Cast Light) and see if you deal damage?

I personally think it is find as it is, however some things could change for solo'ing though.

Agreed here. 95% of the time its not an issue imo, you can usually kill them fast enough OR wait the 1-2 4 tick cycles to finish them off. That 5% of the time where they just camp immune for like 10 cycles in a row is what makes me want to explode..

And thats the Problem.
Immunities are a speedbump (talking from a solo melee Perspektive).
It Just Costs time.

This Game isnt about fine-tuning a strategy or adjusting Gear for certain situations (execpt MM or elemental education) to Progress.
It was built to click from 1 to mq. (Like Back in the good old days)

It would be nice to have a change which made things easier. Solo got hit pretty hard with death farm removal, mobs which erase ability charge, nmnm farming removal as well as other things.

I'd suggest rather than making it less effective to just reduce the timer including on the pink blob for melee by about half.
