Since we’re nitpicking… it wouldn’t be 2/25. You are correct it cannot be spawn square, so that space is eliminated from the possibility side, not added to the chance side. It would be a 1/24 chance.
True, I also forgot about Emblems having a chance of being a "Well" ... guessing you could find a Well in a map without the +X Well modifier? Been awhile since I did a Map run.
