I'm 99% certain there used to be a 280ee regular robe in the past, but that is what? 2010 or earlier that it was removed :P
THen the next question is IF a max roll happens, is that the point where the ML kicks in to give a chance to roll it over to a overspawn or not :P
Either way, if that's the case it would be 2/bill :P
But yes, it was only more common for having way fewer stats in general to be posible. but the 292 is the first overspawn ever (t15 EE) and that is just 2 years ago or so? :P
i remember reading somewhere that ML was calculated on the base drop whether or not it was a max roll and it (ML) for certain is not always taken into account. I also remember reading from an older post that the chance of a drop to be higher (for example the chance of a 200ee to drop vs a 199ee was X amount of times more, kind of like the richter scale)
I may be going off of misinformation but that is what i recall reading.
