You couldn't log in with your phones "5g"?

From what it seems you are using a vpn.

If not try making a Hotspot and see if that works. It seems like an ip issue.

i dont use vpn a em from romania but i go to my friend how from bucarest and after at internet from work on phone at any i try many i tint my acc have a problem any moderator to help me

When you first tried playing Ladder Slasher, did you use an IP address from your friend that has an active account playing LS? ... this could be the issue, the server may think you are a Multi, and all access from your username has been blocked.
