Try getting on a different connection, mobile hotspot if you have it. Or flush your DNS (can google it). Possible that it's a DNS issue, only thing I can think of.
funnily enough I threatened my laptop to use it as a carpet and LS started working out of the blue
but thank you for the advice, next time (because I feel there WILL be another time) I'll try flushing the DNS to see if that helps, again tyvm:D
