Will transmuting item into essence be affected by ml? or should only matter when you transmute a item? Should I invest in magic luck just to make godly essence more often?
From my experience it doesn't make a difference. It should be close to equal chances for each possible outcome, regardless if you are wearing any ml gear or not.
