50 lvl of character

At any level or skill level, you can roll essences and items together. It use to be that you had to have a certain skill level for muting to even make the items with essences because it was the same process. But then Paul changed it so everyone can roll essences.

This isn't true.


You can mute items at any level when combining.

anyway - higher lvl grants u equip higher ML items dont see reason to mute items on low lvls...when u can equip some thing like 30+ ML before mute...
