You have had a ton of great advice. Thus this is just a simple one:

Enhanced Effect on;

Weapon = Damage
Charm (Elemental) = Damage
Charm (healing type) = Heal capacity

ACC slot negates 25% effect from charms, and the only modifier that is recognized, is Enhanced Effect, all other mods are ignored.

I wasn't sure to what degree the secondary/acc slot was nerfed, thanks.
