Preaching to the choir ;) but doesn't change the fact that higher level overspawns on relevant stats are insanely rare!
Yeah you can estimate the odds of upgrade thanks to ML with TIs. Everytime magic luck upgrades a tier you can see it overspawn. However once you reach T2, you can only see its effect once out of every few times, since T1-rolled properties only become T2 and are indistinguishable from natural T2 rolls... coupled with the incredible odds against natural high tier property rolls, it very quickly makes overspawn probability fall to near zero at the high levels However, the magic luck effect still works and your XIVs with IX properties still get upgraded to X properties. After running the numbers I actually came out with quite close to the magic luck % for the upgrade probability... which is way higher than I was originally expecting. As you know a 200 ee item sells for a LOT more than a 180 ee item

But anyway... that's only a small part of what ML does.
Probably the more noticeable thing that ML does is increase the number of properties on an item... seems like that one doesn't just do an upgrade of one too... maybe multi-proccing? Or a probability for each number of properties? I haven't really figured that one out yet, but if you wear a lot of ML all the time the normal drop starts to feel like mystical instead of magical
Anyway, yeah no need to convince the Fire Nation, but maybe some others needed convincing so here it is
