The market is inflated for 2 reasons really. Your typical supply and demand, very little supply, plenty of demand.

FG itself has lost value overtime, and itself is inflated, causing everything on the site to go up in price. Even though the price of fg bought directly from the site hasn't changed, the amount of fg floating around on the site has by a large margin.

Mediocre gear is for sure affordable and gets you into climbs. I myself have used mediocre gear for the majority of my LS career, but getting to know how to click efficiently and putting effort into the climbs makes all the difference. I have out damaged people with 200+ee items with my 150-175ee items. Heck on HC I've out damaged people with 200+ee items with my 130ee lvl 50 items. Once you figure out that more actions = more damage (I.E. using your abilities at 25-40% charge instead of 100%) and overall more efficient in 5 man groups. You don't need to overkill mobs, you do chip damage. 5x chip damage = dead mobs. The more often you do that, the faster the climbs get.

LS has its ups and downs when it comes to player counts, usually caused by other games releasing new content, new leagues etc.

I've never heard of someone denying people gear because they aren't in a LS guild...that seems like a unique situation.

The game being simple is oddly what draws me back over and over again. It's something that I can do to pass time while waiting for something else to do. I take breaks, I don't stay 100% active. I probably will average 125-150 climbs per long season.

Just play the game if you enjoy it. Don't let other people make you feel any type of way. Do your thing.

I assume 7 is about me as i played poker and still visit the bnp area... i will climb with groups of newbs and teach them how struggle up and find gear that works.. with the right builds junk gear groups can work together for upgrades in time... But yeah some of this is true for a lot of us...

Some found yes. But a lot of people get their roots funded by BNP cuz its the most lucrative and LS is an expensive game.
LS items are almost like equity... lol if the item is rare/good.

Also there are many cliques. Some call elitists that also create unreal expectations for people who live normal lives.
So you will see tons of personality clashes. Hell I'm a main offender there. But in all honesty the general consensus is that nobody wants to do the work for you.
So if you have mediocre gear. The expectation from everyone somehow is that you will click more. Or strive to be elite in any form or fashion.
I give out random gold and gear all the time. I used to pay per guild point. And it doesn't change much...

So as long as you focus on making sure your gear is top notch. Or you click and spam as many actions as possible.
4,5, and 7 become irrelevant most times.

You'd be suprised how many people that "don't like you" will still take you to a group solely cuz they know you carry your own weight.

People dont play LS for the fun game play, great graphics, or comraderie….there are far better games out there. They play this game because if youre lucky or skilled you can make some serious fg here. This game is the only mobile game (so far and to my knowledge) where you can find items daily worth 1 fg and easy to sell and you can also get lucky and find 1 item worth 1000 or more fg.

Have you ever considered just playing solo? I, and many others, do this for a variety of reasons. I like playing for a few seconds/minutes whatever be able to put my phone down and drive or get back to wirk, and when i pick my phone up again everything still there. I dont need to worry about pissing off the team. I dont need to worry if a nice item dropped and 1 of the ither players got it, etc….

You really dont need godly gear to get to lvl 71. Look up buffcore characters as a fun example. You only need it for ep’s and the harder objectives (which are super rare and tough to get anyways). If times get tough you can always solo whistle for super easy monsters until you get to the next lvl.

Check the market check the market check the market……since someone else brought up Bob I will also tell you he was the king of this (im sure others will agree with me). He would buy stuff super cheap and then resell them for a profit. We used to laugh at him for his high prices but Ive seen him hit over 100k fg easily doing that. On the same note, many call me +1 or +1 to cartrack because most posts in the trading forum I would offer 1 fg and then haggle as hard as i could. Yeah I pissed off some seasoned LS members but Ive also made numerous sweet deals as well.

If you ask for help, you will most likely get it for cheap from most of us. Advice is always free. Begging for free items is frowned upon but begging for mid ee items for cheap and you might be surprised with what someone has to help you advance.

Edit: my only gripe so far is the new changes that dont allow solo players to stay at 1 lvl and farm like we used to. This has made it more difficult for newer players who can only get so far in the game and need to reset since they dont yet have gear for future lvls.

I've always had only moderately decent gear. And at one time I was considered to be a top notch player. But that's as far as group wise goes. You can have only decent (I refuse to say almost) and still be amazing help in a group climb.


That being said, the game sucks and there's been a shit ton of bad updates. I'll prolly get another month long time out for that part tho.
