Sorry... but you will need to split this up with Cores, also, don't forget that Hardcore was an Update.
So the Highest Character level will be Datis who made it over level 150 ON Hardcore... as for 200%+ EE items or Oldest items... you will need to check some players that stopped playing, but still have them in Vault from over 12 years ago.
But I wouldn't know... however... split it respectfully per Core.
EDIT: oh... forgot to mention Highest amount of items for Vault Storage... you might want to check on the previous updates when many people purchased slots at a MAJOR discount to how it is now, and the DAYS were ridiculous... so many people spent FG for this feature and then it got a Major Nerf that everyone basically screamed "I GOT RIPPED OFF SPENDING ALL THAT FG" ...
