How much xp steal does goo do? Was it your whole xp bar?

From what I noticed.

Goocidic was draining significantly more experience. 5% or so
Reduca was 1%

okay it must be a range i just got an 8% drain from reduca

Was that a regular monster? or EP or something else?

Subsorber - Sunspots - Temporary Fire immunity? Solo
Was just fighting one and it was taking no damage from fire casting

Did it have the Fire Immunity Symbol up when casting? (Like the Other element immunes have?)

No it didnt i dont think

Fremlin - Too Hot

Just had one disappear on me mid fight
solo

I have had that happen a few times with him and a few other monsters. Like when they are close to death and just disappear. I will keep a look out and that might be the ability.

Fremlin - it keeps splitting and get smaller and smaller every time

Walktopus - its moves the whole group at the same time
