Crit is probably the most undervalued stat in the game on higher level items though
Life steal definitely needs to be changed. It was too strong previously but now it sucks. I said in a previous thread I think a lifesteal change would help rebalance the casting meta, but I have a feeling it's just stuck in the worthless mods at this point.
