Hard no. I disconnect at least once a day and lose the item. I get less than 1 exp per 55 magical, so it would be impossible for me to gain exp at my level. This will apply to almost anyone lvl 63+ in muting. Realistically it would freeze the top of the muting ladder. Obviously these are my thoughts only applying to muting.
