What is the "right level", does this tie into people leveling past MQ level? (which is 71 right?)
I edited my last post about the leveling, for drops in general not just welling, they are diminished if you kill monsters lower than your level. Well monster level is determined by the item you drop in not your level so that's why you want to stay at a level where your item that you drop spawns a monster with a level similar or above yours. I'm not sure in practice what does this mean but you can find out by trial and error.
