Your climbs barely ever have discord voice. You have no standards for your players so you have long climbs that you try to spam multiple a day of which burn people out of this shitty game.

You try to poach anyone you can from other guilds with no respect for the player your poaching or the guild and then I wonder what the retention is on people you poach who have been in real guilds prior to storm poach? Zero from EE at least but keep trying.

You guys do it for so long... I don't know the reason (if the problem is recruiting I would like to point you EE is just build up after us and you recruited so many and merged guilds as well, I don't see any problem here on both ends tho), but just do it if it makes you happy, I won't flame you back and I won't disturb any of your members with my opinions.
Just go on if you like, I don't really care... :)

But... anyhow, if ppl keep flaming and throwing sh*t to each other in a newcomer's topic they will just move on and look for a game with better community.
