idk if I agree fully with the prices others have posted, personally i'd probably be willing to pay 500-1k for it

while life per kill is completely garbage and the mana regen doesn't really add much, I think after life steal got a rework it's better then before (though obviously not even close to as good as it once was) Plus scale is a pretty good base though I think padded robe>scale for dex armors

The life steal is very good i need just the scale for rogue

I regen whitchout shirne nothing 1-50
