It’s an extremely extremely dumbed down Diablo type game

You can click a mob a single time and you will auto attack it until it does. Then you click a new mob. Repeat about a 50k times to try the MQ

Click and hold the monsters. Get level 71 and do master quest. Most groups will expect you to have gear. If you wanna do least investment and only mq with fighter/barbarian over n over buy a club set/platemail. If you wanna invest a bit more initially buy a sword set. Swords can be used by the first 2 classes you unlock after passing master quest.
