Outside of my edit... how about you go hunting TierIII items that have +3 Extra Equipment Slots vs Tier III 60% Enhanced Effect... I can tell you right now, you will find EE gear (TierIII) more often than finding +2 EES tierIII gear.

Now, you shit on Magic luck... hey all good, but then what is the % chance to find +6 ML gear at low tier level? Do you know or are you just moronic?

The actual mobile shrining is a pain, and TGHodin's suggestion seriously needs to be implemented in order to prevent such things. Just my opinion
