While i love the events, it seems like the faster skilling events are counterproductive
I think if we make it faster to skill we shouldnt be penalized so much
while i like that it takes a lot less time, you also get a lot less prof
imo it should be balanced a little better, faster speed but same prof or maybe just a little less
whats the point of a faster skilling event that half the skillers dont like?

I agree, though I usually just treat those events as _working off craps that I get no prof for anyway_, would be nice not having to avoid my prof-ables though ^^

also im not sure how the faster works but logic would state 100% faster is not twice as fast thats 50%. 100 should be instant

Because the faster event allow you to do stuff you normally wouldn't.
I can move up 5-10 fishing lvls opening the next tier of fish maybe even the next 2 with faster fishing.
Still get the same prof but get a good start on the next tier before i get there.

I dont mute much on muting only 15 prof atm, but if i remember i will test that on the next muting event.

Edit: Btw i dont disagree with your suggestion i do agree just throwing that out.

yea i agree i can do higher tier glyphs than normal. but im also not stocking up on level 15s in case i get a faster event

Yea i agree it does need to be balanced out better.

Ya it does. It allows you to do higher mutes that your current rank would normally allow. Assume it works with way with all the skills.

Also voted yes, but kinda on the fence. Its a nice event if u wanna farm essences as you can do them faster, but muting really only skill thats hurt by these. Fishing you can just get better fish.
