Ive had items that i have had for years just poof out of my vault and my inventory.. Who do i need to talk to about this?

Nope, Never had any issues until i logged in today.

what items poofed, and when?

if the items were part of a set, do you still have the rest of the items from the sets?

there was an update yesterday at around 1:00 - 1:30 pm CST America.

I don't play much since i work almost 70 hour weeks. The items that poofed where a +10 ML charm that I was wearing on my character and I've had for at least 3 years. And a +118 EE Plate armor from my vault that I bought with my plate set 5+ years ago.

There is no one you can talk to. Items will not be restored for any reason. You most likely shrined, trashed or sold them by accident.

I did't shrine or trash my items and I definitely didn't sell them or they would be in my gold logs. They were there when I logged out and gone when i logged in.
