When you use shrines I bet a lot of people shrined an item they didn't want to. And I was wondering if it was possible mark a specific item for unshrinable say you add a star next to the name and you can check or uncheck it, just like they do in pokemon go for exemple. That way if its in your favorite. You can't lose it, you do it with all your gear and they will be safe

Several reasons,
1- Its not that hard to check your items before dragging them to the shrine
2- When someone does shrine something nice, its pure entertainment
3- If you do happen to shrine something nice (as I have even done once myself) you learn to slow it down a tick.

Paul can use his time better than this I think.

If you are ''unlucky'' enough to shrine your gear,
it just means you are probably not paying attention to what you are doing.
