In case you are not familiar with how the current transmutation system works, when you are breaking down essences of an item, you are not guaranteed to get that rank of essence back.
For example:
Stripping down an Arcane item you have the chance to receive the following essences:
Magical
Rare
Mystical
Angelic
Mythical
Arcane
My suggestion is to limit the degradation of the potential essence return to -2 levels from what you put in.
Example:
Input = Angelic
Return minimum = Rare (Heavily weighted on Angelic.) Ideally looking for something like 60/30/10 in which 60% = Angelic, 30% = Mystical, 10% = Rare.
My basic frustration is rooted in the fact that often times when stripping down an item with a magical level of Arcane+ you are left with a magical essence.
I am open to suggestions and input from all slashers, whether you use the transmuting system or not.
