Softcore and hardcore being separated of course

How would you feel if Fishing/Cooking/Glyphing/Transmuting/Suffusencing were account-wide instead of character-wide

It could encourage people to use them more, there's something about having to transfer items on a mule and hop on said mule to level up skills that irks me, and it can demotivate people to use them I suppose
Sure it could be done on your main character, but doing so is risky on hardcore in case you die etc. Some people level up multiple characters too

I don't see any disadvantage to it or how it could be abused, only quality of life, yes?

I agree that this would be cool but there were votes on this in the past and most people voted against it.
Something about character progression and individuality.

Making at least skilling prof account wide would be great and useful and encourage playing on more characters than just your main.

I think it was for all proficiencies, including weapon and charm. I like the idea of skilling prof being synced to your account, I would vote yes for only skills but not weapon/charms

I would rather have all the different profs account bound instead of character bound.
This way HC ppl also dont lose out of years of progress, but instead only lose valuable gear and % of their profs when they die like we do on SC.
(This also means that for the ppl who love to climb mules for easy GP can actually build up some nice profs aswell, also make more use of clubs/heavies etc, since u cant use them on higher classes that you always get stuck on) People could start to actually compete over the rankings if this happen..

I do not see any reason to only have skilling profs account bound, I guess it could be nice, but, it's not really that hard to get all of ur stuff in vault and skill on main.
As for HC players, almost all of them are already using a specific character for their skilling, which they dont care about climbing on(unless once per season for some ees)

This pretty much hits all the points but one... This change would also make the skilling xp events more useful. You could skill on any character you wanted to level.
