Can anyone tell me how viable it is to find (even if trivial on other stats) gear that does +30 or w/e life regen per sec [when waiting in town].

If so, what can I expect to pay?

If so, does it 1. work with a weapon 2. work with an armor 3. work with a charm 4. worth with accs charm (guessing no)

My current regen rate is like a slug crawling on sandpaper. So is it worth it to buy gear to swap in town so that you can regen fast, then swap gear once regenerated.?

I think 17 is highest regen per item.
Very viable.

This is correct.

When you’re looking at lower lvl regen gear even perfect is pretty cheap. At mq lvl for regen gear it only gets expensive with either ~22-23+ single regen or high dual regen. Under 20 at MQ lvl is almost always under 100 fg.

10-16 regen is quite cheap 10-30fg per item
16-19 ~ 50fg
20+ 100+

But 25 is max, correct?

I mq'd and my friend restored faster than a flesh wound. Maybe 19/19/19 fg? I guess my last question is: People usually do this, right? (especially solo)?

I use regen gear. I don't have good enough gear to solo without it. I just timed my regen time at lvl 68, and it takes me 1 minute to fully regen my hp with a 17/17/13 setup

if your gear is low-medium you can use life/mana regen gear to be faster.
if your gear is really high you dont really need to regen at town. I usually find enough shrines to go all way (casting) or dont really need any regen at all (tanking/hybrid). if i find too many eps i throw in a fish here and there

Also do not forget that for every 25 stat points (vita or int) you gain +1 Regen... so with 75 Vitality you already regen at a rate of 3.

Once you get to the higher classes it helps to keep a stock of nice shrines in the vault for eps and lvls 75+
