For you, no.

It’s very useful IF you plan on doing 1-71 runs with a group of people. This way you put your equipment in the vault and pull it out as you lvl up by 5 or 10. You can also grab your gear from the vault while you are still in the catacombs. Same for solo play if you are not wanting to leave the game and transfer your items from mules.

For now since you are so new to the game I wouldn’t focus on vault until you have 1-71 gear. If I was you, I would focus on getting as high of a level as you can get to where you can comfortably kill ep monsters without dying multiple times and just keep farming at that level and selling off all the whites you find, decent maps, and whatever other goodies come your way. Once you have some decent fg you should consider buying better high lvl gear so you can go after higher lvl monsters and hopefully find better higher lvl gear. Keep doing this until you get to 71, pass/fail your master quest, and then do it all over again and again until one day you become an alchemist =)

50 fg is a lot. I guess I should warn my 700 fg vault.

When you only have 8 fg and 60 posts trust me as one who has been there 50 fg is ALOT!

It's mainly only worth it if you need to hide a bunch of stolen gear

I stoleded all the glyphables from King's Landing. Not like they need them anymore.
