I think its 10% of current prof on all non-skill prof levels on SC. Once you reach a new rank it cannot be taken away. Think of them as checkpoints too :) Someone on SC should be able to give you a more accurate amount though.

this is prof point loss , not sure about exp i assume it would be the same.

edit : just rechecked my book feeder is 10% not 11.11%

also formula is

100/(10-mq passes) will give you the %

Hmm well... to be honest, I paid more attention to exp loss than prof loss, but I too guessed they were the same...
But when I ran Screened potted up in 2016/2017, I unlocked Samurai to benefit from the -20% exp loss on death, and it was indeed a 20% loss per death. I didn't really pay attention to prof loss though, since I never really had any :P
