Is there anything that can be done to improve high level fishing?
realistically it's unfeasible and beyond annoying the way it is right now
I'm rank 44 and now catch level 35 fishes, meaning I get tier 10
if I fish in the pond, I get anything between tier 1 and 10, which is 10 tiers of fish
10 * 2 ( mana + life ) = 20 fish
+ rod = 21
+ empty slot for new fish = 22
a character has 16 item slots
so even if I were not to adjust anything (I mean setting the min fish %), I couldn't even keep + stack all the fish I found
even in a well I get t4-10, meaning I get 14 (7*2) stacks + 1 rod + empty = 16, which works, but once I hit rank 49 (if that ever happens) I'll be in the same issue, even in a well
couldn't extra equipment slots maybe work (even if only at 50%) for item slots too? can we maybe buy item slots for fg for a char? earn them with something?
stack fish together differently? stack life + mana together and be able to separate them later (this is highly complicated in a technical way but would be great for space,as there is only 14 tiers of fish)?
I'd be glad to see any kind of change there, I'm not asking to make fishing as skill easier or anything, I'd just like to keep the fish I catch, or be able to use the auto stack minimum without trashing after
(almost) every fish I catch, and maybe at the same time gain a boost towards cooking, as my cooking is 9(!) ranks behind my fishing, and even with that only 3 of 10 tiers I'm catching right now give me cooking prof
thank you for reading and I'm grateful for any kind of input that we could get going towards this, and if I was able to support on any sort of logical level in the code, I'd be glad to do that, too
