Do I just leave the catacombs after the maze is done? I didn't see an exit..

Also what are maps/essences because I have 1 of each. Also think I found a nice low lvl sword and ice?
I put a skill into power strike and 5 str/6 vita so far on my fighter.

I tried transmuting something and I got like a +5 transmuting but no item? What are the transmuting/suffessencing etc even for?

Once you complete the maze, which was recently just made far smaller at level one, you can leave the maze to town, and once you go back down it will give you a fresh maze for your level. If you completed a quest, you can "reset your game" and when you load into a new group, it will give you the newest quest you've opened up.

Maps are the same fighting "catacomb" area, with those modifiers applied to the map. A map doesn't spawn enemies on spaces you've encountered already, which is a plus in my opinion.
They do only summon up to a fixed monster level though, I don't fully understand what that structure looks like as I haven't had the pleasure to do many maps. But you won't be able to use that one to fight monsters past maybe level 5.

Everytime you level up, your vitality amount gets added into your main health pool, because of this you'll want to put all of your initial points into vitality if you chose to add any at all.

Transmuting an item will firstly break the item down into an essence. That essence is then used to actually transmute an item of your choice and reroll the stats of it. In the transmute interface, you put an essence + the item.

Even a perfect roll of enhanced effect and strength on a tier 1 sword would not be better than a tier 3 plain white sword. Both of which are useable at level 0.


/e the ice is kind of cute, but again tier 1 (& 2) just do not have any chance against tier 3 items. Also intelligence is of no use for a melee character.

Most likely
There is a mod called stealth which can influence that but usually u'll get a spawn

Alright so the strat is just massacre everything until every tile is complete in the maze, get maps, and use those as well for other levels?

I also fished but I'll need to take more time to learn all this in depth for sure haha

ACC slot ONLY applies the Enhanced Effect of the charm, all other mods are void.

So it's basically used for heals/an alternative source of damage.

Also I keep dying -.- 2 evil presences in a row keep dropping me down to lower floors.

Did find a 45 EE lvl 5 sword though (After I bought a 5x ish one for 2 fg lol)

best thing to do if you got a decent amount of fg is to buy enhanced effect axes and daggers(all you really need for melee attack weapons) get yourself enhanced effect scale armors and get dex charms(life charms 1-10/15 are nice to start
on sc prob are tons of 75-100enhanced effect weapons and armors laying around on people's chars that you can buy(just make a iso thread)
you'll need dex robes as well if you ever get to monk and ninja as well as intel robes intel staff and enhanced effect caster charms if you get to warlock but that is a long time away from happening
