If i stacked like 25% and had a 230 ee mq weapon would it be semi useful for soloing?
Or is it completely bad now.

100% lifesteal is gonna be like 1-2 life per attack against trash your level with 0% monster difficulty...

But if you fight EPs your level or higher, it will work at 70 - 100% of what it says

EDIT: So yes it's useful for soloing, but not worth stacking instead of other more beneficial properties imo. In whistle-climbs its benefits are practically non-existent

Totally unreliable, highly inconsistent, and overall undependable.

You are better off going for max dmg
