don't care weather actions or dead mobs have anything to do with it
just that group exp is shared. that way exp for melee don't get fcked and healers won't get fcked

Yea, leader should get extra for being the driver, ofc. But when it comes to the other members of the group, equal exp is definitely a good idea.

naturally. +xp gain items/glyphs will still add the bonus too. If a mob gives 10k xp(just throwing out a number) and you are driver in a full game, you get 10500 xp.
