So I have 4 jubilance on charm, I am soloing working on muting and while in town not moving XP up when idle. is there a know issue?

pretty sure if you have the muting window open it will not work, maybe im wrong

sat there for about a min not doing anything...

idk everytime ive used it, it worked fine
so not sure exactly what the issue is

4% is very slow. It should work but it will take eons. Get higher jubilance if you want a noticeable change I think.

Jubilance has to be the absolutely most useless mod that has ever been inserted into this game.

You would be better off to shrine that crap and get something that adds damage to your play

4 jubilance is 4 exp points per second. It takes 1 million points per level. If you want to see that it's working, open your stats box and look at your exp. Then close it and open it again. It's working, but even with the best jubilance gear, it really isn't very effective.

it is just a shit mod on a good charm I got, I was not using it for Jubilance.... just seen that it was not working. No big deal to me! Thought there may be a bug, or issue with my comp.

If it's in your acc. slot it's not going to work.

jubilance is a totally bad skill.. the creator didnt think a lot or maybe nothing about it when he added this skill.. has to be rebalanced (like 10 or 100 times more exp or something) or simply taken out of the game.
not useful and not worth thinking about
