I used to play some LS back in the day and thought it was really fun. I wanted to start playing again (tonight) but I noticed a lot of new changes.
My friendly rant/rave is that I think njaguar is trying to put too much into this game, I liked it MUCH better when it was just a simple game - no fishing, no cooking, no groups, only a few different attributes (now there's like 20), no charms, no "objects", etc...I could go on and on. It seems like he's trying to make it a lot like d2 or WoW or something...It's a flash game so it SHOULD be simple, not complex. With all these different attributes and stuff, it's starting to become more complex than d2, which only has 4 attributes haha. And d2 is an actual game, not a flash game.

I may or may not still play, but I definitely miss when the game was a lot simpler, it was also easier to jump in as a noob and start playing back then too.

Anyway, food for thought, friendly rant/rave. I'm sure my thoughts/ideas will get blasted with negativity, but that's okay.

ignore the skills because they are useless. except glyphing its meh.

pretty much gotta get used to the wepons and how you have to allocate your str dex accordingly.

I never would have thought you would join Farticus and Elyran. Mind is blown.

The game sucks because of the community sucking. All it mainly is now days is a group thinking they are better than everyone else because they spend at least half the day on the game.

There really isn't a plethora of guilds that are competing anymore either. The competition is what made this game fun.

It's has not been 100% updated yet. You know that as well as the rest of us.

Yeah -- the lastest changes has caused some upheavals, departures and grumbles -= some comments from yours truly as well .

I still am not happy with some of them, but can work with them or around them. It isnt that hard.

But, it's apparently going to make sense when the rest of the update is introduced.

As to proficiencies -=- they are still effective, just slow as hell to upgrade, and one hell of a penalizing downgrade if you die
