If someone is willing to pay that price, then how is it overpriced?

saw someone on HC moaning about someone's price on a heal... but if another person is willing to pay the bin price they have for the item... then how is it overpriced? isn't that just the value of the item since someone purchased it for the bin amount?

what's everyone's views on overpricing of items? just curious to see what others think

Why just in HC? Pretty sure the seller can set whatever price they want, it's not like they are holding a gun to the buyer's head saying you MUST BUY MY LOOT.

I am a pretty easy person to deal with trade-wise, I have an item I want a bag of gold.

I always have a price, I won't judge someone for not paying my prices. But I get judged for pricing higher than most are willing to pay.

I won't sell anything for a price lower than I feel it's worth (mostly) and with the low supply on hardcore (in my case) I can do that quite succesfull.

An item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, never more and never less.

Datis was known for overpricing but he sold almost everything lol

I agree with this.

Its not just Hardcore though, the same goes for Softcore as well.

Its just there is alot more supply on softcore then on hardcore.
